Any data communicated by the User through the Site will be processed with the utmost care and with all the instruments required to guarantee their security, in full compliance with the regulations in force to protect the data’s confidentiality. We wish to inform you that the “European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free circulation of such data” (hereinafter “GDPR”) provides for the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right. Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we therefore inform you that:
A. DATA CATEGORIES: the object of the processing may be your personal data such as:
a. Automatically collected data. The computer systems and applications dedicated to the functioning of this website detect, during their normal operation, some data (whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) potentially associated with identifiable users. The data collected include IP addresses and the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system, the browser and the IT environment used by the user, the name of the internet service provider (ISP), the date and time of the visit, the web page the visitor came from (referral) and the exit web page.
b. Data provided voluntarily by the user. The voluntary and explicit sending of electronic mail to the indicated addresses in the different access channels of this site does not imply a request for consent and involves the acquisition of the address and data of the sender, necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. This data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user at the time of the request for the service. By entering a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy, and in particular agrees that the entered contents may be freely disseminated to third parties. On the contrary, specific synthesis information will be reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request (forms). The user must therefore explicitly consent to the use of the data contained in these forms in order to send the request.

The data collected thanks to cookies can be used to access parts of the site or for statistical purposes or to make the browsing experience more pleasant and efficient in the future, trying to assess user behaviour and to modify the proposed content offer according to their behaviour. C. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data held by the Controller are collected directly from the data subject.
D. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The processing of your data has the following purpose and legal basis:
1. For automatically collected data, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the owner and the purpose is to ensure and improve the web browsing experience.
2. For any voluntary data provided by the user, the legal basis is consent and, regarding the transmission of e-mails to our addresses, the purpose is to be able to send replies to specific requests made by the user; regarding forms, the purpose is indicated in the specific information notice.

E. DATA RECIPIENTS: To the extent pertinent to the indicated processing purposes, your data may be communicated to partners, consultancy firms, private companies, third party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies, etc.
F. DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES: This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular through social plug-ins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by Article 45(1) of EU Regulation 2016/679, so it does not require specific authorization.
G. PERIOD OF STORAGE: in accordance to the conservation limitation rule (art.5, GDPR), a periodical check on the obsolescence of the stored data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out. In particular:
a) automatically collected data are processed, for the strictly necessary time, for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site and to check its regular operation, including security purposes or in accordance with the deadlines established by law.
b) the data voluntarily provided by the user will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the fulfilment of the purposes for which they are processed or in accordance with the deadlines established by law.
H. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY: the interested party shall always have the right to request access to his/her data from the Data Controller, to rectify or erase them, to restrict processing or to object to processing, to request data portability, to withdraw consent to processing by asserting these and other rights provided for by the GDPR by simply notifying the Data Controller. The interested party may also complain to a supervisory authority.
I. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA OR NOT: the provision of your data is compulsory when browsing our website for points D.1 and D.2 of the above-mentioned purposes, in order to allow the correct service to be provided. On the other hand, the provision of your data for point D.3 is optional and will not compromise the service in any way.
J. DATA PROCESSING METHODS: the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the above-mentioned regulations and with the obligations of confidentiality that govern the Controller’s activities. The data will be processed by computer, on paper or on any other type of suitable support (e.g. cloud systems, digital filing and storage systems, …), in compliance with appropriate technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR.
